Welcome to 174 West Avenue C: the home of Sun Bay Haven!
Its so nice how lush the plants are.
How wonderful to wake up and look out the window and see the bay! 
Although the TV is there to check the news and weather- why bother. I will tell you right now:
beautiful, fluffy
white clouds with azure blue skies and water, slight breeze, cooling in the evening with an array of colors in the sky!
Sun Bay Haven and the Manatee Queen share a beautiful lot at the end of a street in the quiet neighborhood of Key Largo Village.
the 45' dock is shared with the SilverMOon HouseboatWe have a bay view on one side and the waterfront canal on the other.

The front garden has vegetable and fruit trees, palms and flowering jasmine. Relax in the garden,
sip an iced tea and smell the flowers! Enjoy the garden as an extension of your room.
Our location is great. We don't hear traffic noise yet we are a short walk to the Tradewinds Plaza: grocery, dept. stores, restaurants.
The special part of our location however is the beautiful canal and the visitors to our dock.
