OK, What it is, is magical things happen here in Key Largo all the time. It’s not just in BrooklynJ
I keep promising I will write in the blog, however, already about 5 noteworthy things have happened and it is only 8:30 am, I get overwhelmed with what to write, collect a pic and post. Sounds easy.
I have noticed the last few nights at dust the sky has been two tone- lower half is absolutely lavendar, like one of the homes in my neighborhood and the top have aqua. I haven’t quite seen that intensity of those colors before. My Iphone just doesn't do it justice.
This morning, those colors were there, but not quite as intense. What I did get to see was the canals and bay looking like glass except for the dolphin that broke the surface. By the time I walked back for the camera, the colors had changed, still lovely and the dolphin was not seen.
Oh well, there’s always tomorrow….or later this morning for more wonder or fun.
I hear my dog barking and talking up a storm on the dock. There is one of our resident manatee- I recognize her, she knows my voice and she is very interested in what Luigi is! She is not scared and is happy to come nuzzle my toes.
The manatee are often easy to identify due to their unfortunate encounters with motorboats.
