In general,
we have sun, gentle breezes, cooling in the evening, followed by darkness, some bright moon and stars;
We can have more rain starting in May-- doesn't stop one from enjoying the out of doors-- often the sun is still shining and hey, its tropical, the rain clears in 15 min......generally:)
Summer months tend to have more humidity, and we continue to have those cool breezes from the ocean to offset the humidity. And if your hot, just fall into the water and take a swim with the manatee.
The official hurricane season begins June 1st and ends November 30th with the highest potential of storms occurring mid August through mid October.
This also is when the water is warmest, the sunsets are the most amazing--

especially on the bay side-'cause we get to see the southern Everglades and the storms that are happening up north- including water spouts, drastic color changes, changing clouds....a virtual colorfeast for the eyes.
so yes, we get to watch a wonderful storm while being in the sun staying dry- pretty nifty.
Specifics are always nice too:)
